400 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)
400 grams white Beans (canned, about 680 grams)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
50 grams diced Pancetta
400 milliliters pureed Tomatoes
200 milliliters Beef broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
sweet ground paprika
3 scallions
150 grams Feta

Preparation steps

Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse beans in a sieve and drain well. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. In a saucepan, cook pancetta. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add pork and fry on all sides. Add beans, tomatoes and broth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and simmer about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Preheat broiler.

Rinse, trim and cut scallions crosswise. Mix scallions with beans. Crumble feta. Transfer beans and pork to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with feta and broil, watching carefully, about 5 minutes.

Serve broiled pork and beans hot.
