Preparation steps

1.

Cut dried fruit into smaller pieces as desired and soak in apple juice.

2.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice, honey, and vanilla bean seeds. Season to taste. Divide among bowls and top with muesli and drained, dried fruit. Halve rolls, spread thinly with butter and layer with ham, cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Serve with muesli.
