1.
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp; set aside.
2.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and season with salt, turmeric and pepper.
3.
Melt the butter in the frying pan and add the eggs mixture, stirring occasionally until done. Serve on a plate with bacon and tomato wedges.
4.
Serve also with coffee, rolls with butter and orange juice.
