- ½ bunch scallions
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- parsley (for garnish)
