4 slices thick white bread
2 Tbsps clarified butter
4 Tomatoes
1 Red onion
½ bunch Basil (leaves)
250 grams Feta
2 Tbsps White vinegar
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut bread into cubes and fry in a skillet with melted clarified butter until golden brown, remove from the pan and place on paper towels.

2.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into pieces. Peel onion and cut into thin half-rings. Cut feta cheese into cubes.

3.

For the dressing, mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix tomatoes in a large bowl with onions and feta cheese, add the dressing and mix well. Just before serving add bread cubes and mix. Serve in bowls garnished with basil leaves.
