- 4 Tbsps slivered almonds
- 400 grams Blueberries
- 8 Tbsps Wheat flake
- 4 Tbsps Wheat germ
- 400 grams Buttermilk
- 100 grams cream
- ground Vanilla
- ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps honey
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Roast the sliced almonds in a dry frying pan until golden. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
2.
Rinse the blueberries and drain well. Set aside a few for the garnish. Puree the remaining blueberries.
3.
Mix the wheat flakes and wheat germ in a bowl. Spread between four bowls.
4.
Mix the buttermilk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, honey and blueberry puree. Pour the mixture over the wheat flakes. Serve garnished with almonds, blueberries and mint.
