- For the blackberry ice cream
- 150 grams Double cream
- 50 grams sugar
- 250 grams Blackberry
- powdered sugar
- Blackberry (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish.)
- For the blackberry shake
- 150 grams Blackberry
- 100 milliliters Cabbage
- 100 milliliters Blueberry juice
- 2 tsps sugar
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Preparation steps

For the blackberry ice cream, beat the heavy cream and sugar with an electric mixer. Rinse and sort the blackberries, then puree and pass through a sieve. Mix the blackberries with the cream mixture and pour into a shallow metal tray. Freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. To serve, scoop out balls with an ice cream scoop, place in bowls and serve garnished with blackberries and mint and dusted with powdered sugar.

For the blackberry shake, rinse the berries, drain and mash with the juices and yogurt and season with the sugar. To serve, pour the drink in glasses.
