2 Tbsps Peanut oil
½ tsp Chili powder
4 Tbsps soy sauce
800 grams Beef (such as loin or hip)
500 grams green Beans

1 Tbsp sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel ginger and garlic, chop finely. Combine with oil, chili powder and soy sauce. Rinse meat and pat dry. Cut into long, thin slices and mix with the marinade. Refrigerate, covered, for about 2 hours.

Rinse beans and blanch in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain again. 

3.

Thread drained meat on 8-12 bamboo skewers and grill on the hot grill for about 5 minutes, turning often.

4.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute beans until heated through. Arrange beef and beans on plates and serve.
