Soy Banana Tiramisu
- 350 grams Vegan quark
- 40 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters Soy cream
- 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Almond syrup
- 40 grams chopped Macadamia Nuts
- 80 milliliters cold Coffee
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Tbsp Almond liqueur
- 4 vegan Cookie
- cocoa powder (to sprinkle)
Drain the quark well and mix with the sugar until smooth. Whip the cream with the stabilizer until stiff and fold into the quark.
Peel and slice the banana. Mix the banana, lemon juice, almond syrup and macadamia nuts.
Mix the coffee, vanilla sugar and the liqueur.
Spread half of the cream into 4 small ramekins. Spread the nut-banana mixture on top of the cream. Coarsely crumble the cookies and drizzle with the espresso. Spread the cookie crumbs on top of the nut-banana mixture. Cover with the remaining cream. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
