8 tsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and wrap each in a piece of aluminum foil. Pierce several times with a toothpick and back in preheated oven (180°C/approximately 350°F) for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, remove foil and cut a slit in each potato lengthwise. Press slightly apart. Fill with salmon, add a little crème fraîche to each potato and sprinkle with coarse pepper. Garnish with chives and serve.
