1 Red Bell pepper

2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil

750 grams potatoes (About 8 pieces)
40 grams grated Parmesan
20 grams butter
500 milliliters Broth (Instant)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse swiss chard coarsely and chop the leaves. Cut stems into fine pieces. Quarter bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and rinse, dice finely.

Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add chard and pepper and saute for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Butter shallow baking pan and spread chard mixture in it. Rinse and peel potatoes and cut pockets with a sharp knife in each potato. Arrange pototoes on chard and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter flakes. Add broth to the pan and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) (convection oven 180°C, gas mark 3-4) for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
