- 4 Partridges (ready to cook, about 400 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes (with the panicles)
- butter (for the baking dish)
- 100 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the partridges, pat dry and season inside and out with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic cloves and cut in halves.

Place the partridges with the breast side down in a buttered baking dish. Pour in the white wine, place the garlic over the patrdiges, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Occasionally baste the patridges with the gravy.
3.
During the last 15 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes to the patridges in the oven.
Remove the finished partridges from the oven and arrange as desired on a plate with rosemary and watercress.
