3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
lemon juice
1 pinch sugar
cayenne pepper
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel and slice the garlic. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cook the garlic slowly in hot oil until golden brown. Add the tomatoes, cover and simmer 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the parsley and season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Add the drained spaghetti with a little pasta water and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
