1 Baguette
150 grams Bacon
2 tomatoes
8 leaves Iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

Heat grill.

Cut baguette in half horizontally. To toast, plast cut sides on grill.

Fry bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes, in a nonstick frying pan. Drain on paper towels. Rinse tomatoes, cut out stalks and cut into slices. Rinse lettuce, shake dry and separate leaves, ripping into smaller pieces as needed.

4.

Spread toasted bottom of baguette with mayonnaise. Add tomato, bacon and lettuce. Top with remaining baguette, cut into quarters and serve.
