- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 slices Bacon
- 80 grams button Mushroom
- 8 slices Sandwich bread
- 2 Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- ¼ bunch Chives
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Slice the mushrooms. Add to the same pan, and sauté briefly.
3.
Toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown, then let cool slightly.
4.
Rinse the lettuce, then cut into thin strips.
5.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into slices.
6.
Mix the cream cheese with the chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the half of the toasted bread.
7.
Top with the tomatoes, lettuce, and mushrooms.
8.
Top with the bacon, and finish with the other half of the bread. Halve the sandwiches diagonally, secure with a toothpick, and serve.
