- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (halves)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 sourdough Rolls (split)
- Lettuce (rinsed and dried)
- 1 ripe Tomato (rinsed; trimmed and sliced)
- 1 small Cucumber (scrubbed and sliced)
- 8 slices cooked Bacon (broken in half)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, turning several times until the juices run clear and the center is no longer pink, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and cut into slices.

Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the rolls. Layer, lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, sliced chicken, bacon slices and top with the remaining roll.
