- 1 garlic clove
- 125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 125 grams Sour cream
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the avocado, remove the seed, and remove the fruit from the shell. Drizzle with the lemon juice immediately.
2.
Pass the garlic through a press, then mash together with the fruit of the avocado, yogurt and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
