- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Limes (juice of)
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Chili powder
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Mix the yogurt with the creme fraiche, oil, cumin, and chili powder. Peel the garlic, and put through a press. Add to the yogurt mixture.

Season the mixture with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
