350 grams dried Dried apricot
3 Tbsps Apricot jam
250 grams Marzipan
100 grams powdered sugar
150 grams sugar
1 Tbsp Orange zest

Preparation steps

1.

Puree apricots and mix with the jam. Combine marzipan with apricot mixture and powdered sugar and knead well. Make 30 balls out of the mixture.  

2.

Mix sugar with orange zest and spread on a plate. Roll balls in the mixture and let dry overnight. Serve as desired.
