Preparation steps
1.
Roll out the marzipan on a surface sprinkle with caster sugar to a rectangle about 23cm x33 cm|9" x 13".
2.
Sprinkle with the apricots, then roll up tightly to make a log shape. Chill until firm enough to slice.
