1 l Vinegar (such as white balsamic vinegar)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. Simmer the apples, lemon juice, and 100 ml (approximately 3 ounces) of water for 5 minutes. 

2.

Place the apple mixture in a large glass jar while still hot, then cover with the vinegar. Seal tightly, and place in a warm place for 5 weeks. 

3.

Shake the jar occasionally during the infusion time. Strain the vinegar, pour into prepared, sterilized bottles, and seal tightly.
