Preparation steps

1.

Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut into quarters. Rinse the scallions and slice into pieces on a diagonal. Whisk together the olive oil and apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the egg quarters and scallions onto a serving platter, drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
