- 2 cups Cider vinegar
- 1 oz dried Apple (chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Cinnamon stick (broken)
- ¾ cup sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the vinegar, apples, bay leaves and cinnamon. Stir well, cover and leave to stand for 12 hours.
2.
Put the vinegar mixture into a pan and add the sugar. Heat slowly, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook steadily for 10 minutes.
3.
Strain into hot sterilised bottles or jars and seal tightly
