6 ouncesCane sugar
12 tablespoonsliquid Honey

Directions

Display mode:
1 Remove pits from dates and chop.
2 Combine almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, 5-grain flakes, amaranth and dates in a bowl. Add cinnamon, raisins and salt. Mix well.
