- 3 sprigs mint
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 organic Lime (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps
1.
Trim the chives, and remove the leaves of the mint from the stems. Thinly slice the chives, and coarsely chop the mint.
2.
Mix the yogurt with the lime juice, lime zest, and honey. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until fluffy in a large bowl with a hand mixer. Mix in the oil and herbs, adjust the seasoning if necessary, and serve.
