- 6 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream (min. 10% fat content)
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 6 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Chives
Preparation steps

Pure the tomato with the yogurt, sour cream, and the canol oil. Mix in the vinegar, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse the chives, pat dry, and thinly slice. Mix the chives into the dressing, season to taste, and serve.
