- For the sauce
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Sour cream
- herb salt
- 4 Tbsps fresh, finely chopped mint

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the shallot and garlic and finely dice.
Mix the yogurt and creme fraiche, then stir in garlic and shallot.
2.
Fold in the mint leaves, season with herb salt, and mix until well combined. Let soak in the refrigerator for 20 minutes then serve.
