1.
Add the yogurt and the olive oil to a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Remove the leaves of the mint from the stems. Set aside a few leaves for garnish, and finely chop the rest. Mix the chopped mint into the yogurt, and season to taste with salt.
3.
Garnish with the remaining mint and serve.
