- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Orange

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and rinse yams, cook in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut into slices and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil.
2.
Rinse orange in hot water and slice, spread on top of yams. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
