Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the wild garlic leaves and shake dry.
2.
Cut the leaves into fine strips. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Chop the pine nuts with a knife roughly and add along with the wild garlic leaves to a mortar. Process until everything is pureed. Grate the Parmesan finely and add to the mixture.
3.
Add oil gradually until the pesto has the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Serve with sesame crackers, bread chips or noodles.
