Wheat Bran Cranberry Muffins
Heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place paper cases or muffin cups in a 12 hole muffin tin.
Put all the dry ingredients, except the raisins, cranberries and pumpkin seeds into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Whisk together the eggs, syrup, oil, milk and vanilla until blended. Stir into the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the raisins cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
