2 Pear
300 grams Grape
6 dried Apricot
½ lemon (juiced)
40 grams powdered sugar
500 milliliters Grapefruit juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cut a lid from the top of the watermelon, remove the flesh, discard the seeds then dice the flesh. Peel the pears, cut in half, core and dice.

2.

Rinse the grapes and discard the stems. Cut the apricots into quarters. Mix all of the fruit with the lemon juice, powdered sugar and grapefruit juice and chill for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3.

Fill the watermelon with fruit salad to serve.
