- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 pc Watermelon
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 200 grams Feta

Preparation steps
1.
Halve melons, peel and core, cut pulp into small cubes.

Cut feta into small cubes.
3.
Place fruit into a bowl.
4.
Simmer 100 ml (approximately 2/5 cup) of water, salt and lemon juice on high heat for about 2 minutes. Pour hot syrup over tfruit and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
5.
Add feta cheese and arrange in glasses or bowls. Serve.
