2 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams or 5 ounces)

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tart Apple
2 stalks Celery
50 grams Walnut
100 grams Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 2 to 3 minutes). Continue cooking until done on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes more. Let cool to a lukewarm temperature.

Rinse apples, remove core and cut into thin slices. Rinse and slice celery. Chop walnuts.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, 1 to 2 tablespoons water and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.

Cut chicken into slices. Arrange chicken, apple, celery and walnuts in serving dishes. Pour sauce over chicken mixture.
