- 24 ozs Chicken broth
- 22 ozs Chicken breasts
- 3 carrots (10-12 ounces)
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as mint, basil)
- 1 Lime
- 3 Tbsps chopped Peanuts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
Bring broth to a boil, add chicken and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat.
Peel carrots and cut into thin, long strips. Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin slices. Rinse and chop chile pepper.
Rinse and dry cabbage, cut into fine strips. Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves.
Remove chicken from broth and cool. Squeeze lime juice.
Cut meat into thin strips, mix with prepared vegetables and herbs, drizzle with lime juice and oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with nuts. Serve.
