- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams Frozen pea
- 250 grams fine carrots
- 250 grams Leeks
- 250 grams green Asparagus tip
- 1 l Vegetable broth (Instant)
- 600 grams Cod
- 6 tsps mild Curry powder
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add vegetables and saute for a few minutes, stirring. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and simmer, covered, for about 6 minutes on medium heat.

Cut fish into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) pieces and add to the vegetables. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
3.
Season with curry powder and mix well with fish and vegetables. Season with salt, pour into bowls and serve immediately.
