- 1 cup Blueberries
- ½ cup seedless, green Grape (halved)
- ½ cup Blackberry
- 4 cups vanilla Soy yogurt
- 2 Tbsps flaxseed
Preparation steps

Arrange a little of the fruit in the base of four serving bowls.

Top with the soy yoghurt and then the remaining fruit.
