- 2 Tbsps water
- 4 sheets ready-made Filo dough (kept under a damp cloth)
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Custard (to serve)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 weiter Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Can opener, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 großer Pot, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 190°C(170°C fan)|375F|gas 5. Toss together the apples, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a mixing bowl. Divide between four large microwaveable mugs.

Cover with clingfilm and cook in the microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until softened.

Carefully remove from the microwave and stir again briefly. Scrunch up the sheets of pastry, fitting them to size inside the cups on top of the apple.

Sit the cups on a baking tray and top with the melted butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown on top.
5.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving with the custard.
