Flaxseed is a great source of lean protein. Mixed fruit is a great way to add vitamins to your daily diet.
Feel free to use either fresh or frozen fruit in this recipe - either way this smoothie is super refreshing!

- 22 ozs Watermelon (flesh only, chopped)
- 12 ozs honeydew melon (flesh only, chopped)
- 5 ozs Raspberries
- 1 Banana (peeled, sliced)
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp fennel fronds (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree finely. Add ice if desired.
Pour the smoothie into glasses to serve.
