250 grams Camembert
1 Tbsp softened butter
100 grams cream cheese
1 Tbsp light beer
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
1 generous pinch ground Caraway
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp scallions (for garnish)

For the gorgonzola ball
8 Amaretti cookies
2 Tbsps dry white wine
1 Pear
250 grams Gorgonzola
200 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps Natural yogurt
salt
freshly ground peppers
Pear (for garnish)
Amaretti cookies (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

For the camambert ball: Peel and mince onion. Mash Camembert with a fork and mix with butter, cream cheese and beer. Stir in about 2/3 of the onion, paprika and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.

Top with remaining onions and chives.

For the gorgonzola ball: Sprinkle macaroons with wine and let stand briefly. Rinse pears, cut in half, remove core and mince flesh. Mash Gorgonzola with a fork and mix with macaroons, pears, cream cheese and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with pear slices and macaroons.
