1 splash lemon juice
2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp scallions
2 Tbsps black peppercorns
20 grams chopped Walnut
sweet ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the goat cheese with the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. With wet hands, shape into small balls, place on a plate and refrigerate about 20 minutes.

2.

Mix the parsley with the chives and place on a plate. Coarsely crush the peppercorns place on a separate plate. Place the walnuts and place on a third plate. Sprinkle the paprika and curry powder seperately into lines on a fourth plate.

3.

Roll the cheese balls each in walnuts, peppercorns and herbs. Then roll in the paprika and curry powder to create patterns. Serve on a plate.
