- 17 ozs Cheddar cheese
- 16 ozs Cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- ⅔ cup Walnut (chopped)
- ⅔ cup Pistachio (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground paprika

Preparation steps
1.
Grate cheddar and combine cheddar with cream cheese and chopped nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Shape into a roll and sprinkle with paprika.
3.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Remove plastic wrap, slice and serve, as desired, with things to dip or spread the cheese on such as crostini, crackers, and veggies.
