- 1 can Tuna (in its own juice)
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 10 black, pitted Olives
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sheets Endive
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

For the tuna salad: Drain the tuna and flake with a fork. Finely chop the capers and olives. In a bowl, stir the tuna with the capers, olives, creme fraiche and lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Peel and press garlic, and stir into the tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the baguette: Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Place the lettuce on the bottom half of the baguette. Spread the tuna mixture on top. Top with the remaining baguette half and cut in half. Serve with salty popcorn or onion rings.
