- 1 garlic clove
- Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Lettuce
- 100 grams Mountain cheese (sliced, such as Gruyere)
- 1 sm can Tuna (natural)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- Olives

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the baguette once, cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut surfaces of the bread with it. Drizzle with vinegar and oil.
Trim and rinse the lettuce, shake dry and place on the bottom half of baguette.

Drain the tuna. Peel the egg and cut into slices.
3.
Distribute the cheese, tuna, sliced egg and olives on the lettuce leaves and place the remaining baguette half on top before serving.
