- 8 Whole-wheat tortillas (finished product)
- Bell pepper (2 each red, yellow and green)
- 1 onion
- salt
- peppers
- Chili powder
- oregano
- 3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel onion and cut into rings.
2.
Heat olive oil in a pan, saute onions and bell peppers and season with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano. (or line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 5-8 minutes.
3.
Warm tortillas for a few minutes under a preheated oven grill, watching carefully.
4.
Remove tortillas from the oven, cover with vegetables and roll up. Serve immediately.
