Tortellini in Brodo
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add tortellini, season with salt and boil 2-3 minutes.
In a second pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Rinse celery greens and cut into very thin strips. Add greens to broth.
Drain tortellini and divide among bowls. Ladle hot broth over tortellini and season with freshly ground pepper to taste.
