- 2 Avocados
- 1 red onion
- 150 grams Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into slices. Peel and halve the avocados. Remove the seeds, and cut the fruit into slices. Arrange the tomato and avocado slices decoratively in a dish. Peel the onion, finely dice, and sprinkle over the top of the tomatoes and avocado. Slice the cheese and place into the dish.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the tomato mixture, garnish with the basil, and serve.
