250 grams Tofu (soft)
250 grams mixed Vegetables (such as carrots, leeks, onions, celery)
1 chopped garlic
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon soy sauce
breadcrumbs
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Puree tofu. Rinse vegetables, peel, and cut into small cubes. Mix with garlic and tofu.

2.

Add egg, parsley, soy sauce and as many bread crumbs as needed to form a malleable dough. Season with salt and pepper and form into small patties.

3.

Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve as desired over steamed Chinese cabbage.
