- 200 grams Bologna sausage
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon each lemon juice (and pineapple juice concentrate)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 slices Pineapple (cut into little pieces)
- 2 Tbsps Peas (frozen)
- 1 Red paprika (cut into strips)
- 2 Tbsps soybean sprout
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
Preparation steps

Cut sausage into slices. Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and pineapple juice concentrate and pour over the sausage slices. Marinate about 30 minutes, then remove from marinade, drain and dip the sausage slices in cornstarch. Fry until crisp in oil. Remove from pan and drain.

Add sprouts, peas, pineapple pieces and bell pepper to the pan, add remaining soy sauce, honey, remaining lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and a few splashes of hot pepper sauce. Simmer for about 3 minutes, add sausage slices, mix well to coat with the sauce and serve.
