2 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Boil 80 ml water with white wine vinegar and blanch the bratwurst sausages in it. Remove the sausages from the water, pat dry and prick several times with a fork. Dip the sausages into the milk and roll in flour.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated sausages in it until golden brown. Remove the fried sausages from the pan and keep aside.

Lightly fry the onion rings in the same pan. Pour the white wine and half the sausage water. Add the sausages again, let simmer a little, and season with salt. Serve garnished with marjoram.
